Dr. Penny Jackson Walker is a native of Willacoochee, GA. After graduating as Salutatorian from Atkinson County High School, Dr. Jackson attended South Georgia College before transferring to Valdosta State University. She received her doctorate in chiropractic from Sherman College in 2006. She then attended Brenau University where she received her BSN in 2020. Dr. Walker enjoys spending time with her husband and children, which keeps her busy. Also, she enjoys singing, baking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Currently, Dr. Penny Jackson Walker is an educator for Bibb County Public School System and Central Georgia Technical College. She is a RN Supervisor at a healthcare facility in Macon, GA. ! While teaching and performing nursing duties, she also practices chiropractic. Dr. Jackson has been treating auto accident injuries since 2008. She specializes in the proper treatment and documentation of auto injuries. As a graduate of Valdosta State University, Dr. Penny Jackson successfully completed and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology with honors. In addition, she has earned a doctorate level degree in Chiropractic Medicine from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, S.C. and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brenau University, Gainesville, GA. Dr. Jackson is certified in physiotherapy and as a CNA instructor in the state of Georgia. She holds clear renewable licenses as a chiropractor, registered nurse, and a teacher. The healthcare and education fields have allowed me to work with others while enjoying the many aspects of touching people’s lives in a positive way through my health science education knowledge. Teaching has provided me the opportunity to empower others and give them an opportunity to share the knowledge they have gained when they graduate from their respective programs of study. I have 10 years of clinical and case management in the healthcare field and over 10 years of college and public school instruction experience at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and Georgia Military College.
